To ring in the summer season and celebrate their “Emotions of the Sun” photo exhibition in collaboration with Magnum Photography, Veuve Clicquot has teamed up with some of New York’s top restaurants to offer special Champagne pairings with those restaurants’ signature dishes, both in the city and in the Hamptons. These limited-time specials will be available at participating restaurants for several weeks throughout the summer to varying degrees. From the the juicy double patty Wagyu burger from Peak with Priceless to the famed bulgur fried rice at Boutros, each restaurant’s offering is unique, and here’s what to expect.
