Leon’s Union Square
Newly added!
It’s an Italian restaurant with some unexpected yet thoughtful French and Egyptian influences, from the same team that brought us one of our favorites: Anton’s. All of the same warmth is here, plus tall windows and gorgeous custom frescoes on the walls, and a lovely, cozy menu to adore.

Primo Amore Ristorante Bayside
Newly added!
We’re suckers for good, New York Italian cuisine, and Bayside’s Primo Amore fits that bill to a tee. Order the eggplant rollatini, clams casino, and rigatoni vodka and you’re set.
Zoi Mediterranean Nomad Nomad
Newly added!
Spicy feta, citrus-doused tuna tartare, ground beef kibbeh, and lahmacun (flatbread) are all excellent reasons to visit Zoi. The $13 happy hour spritzes are just icing on the cake.
The Musket Room Nolita
Newly added!
This critically acclaimed Soho mainstay since 2013 is simply special, thanks to its warm hospitality and its highly creative, southern-influenced tasting menu. Pro tip: In the warmer months, do try to grab a seat in their lovely garden.
estiatorio Milos Midtown Midtown
Newly added!
It’s one of the many locations worldwide (including Hudson Yards and 55th Street) of chef and restaurateur Costa Spiliadis’ temple to Greek dining. Salt baked fish, charred octopus, and an astounding number of wines by the glass never hurt anyone.
Ten11 Lounge & Bar Nomad
Newly added!
You can’t help but stare at the glowing quartz-style bar here, but know that once you sit down you’re in for just as much of a treat. Go for the truffle parm fries and an Eyes Wide Shut cocktail.
Gogyo Gramercy Flatiron
Newly added!
Head here for a bowl of smoky, dark-brothed kogashi miso ramen from the founder of the famous Ippudo empire. They char the miso at 572 degrees Fahrenheit, and the result is a deep, rich flavor unlike anything you’re likely to have tried before.
Match 65 Brasserie Upper East Side
Newly added!
This is Paris, Upper East Side style. Go for artichokes vinaigrette, garlic butter escargots, and the Sunday-only coq au vin. Wine? Oui.
Namdo Brooklyn Williamsburg
Newly added!
This spot celebrates Korean cuisine, specifically zeroing in on favorites from the southern parts of the country — thus the name, which means “the southern province.” Kimchi fried rice and an iced persimmon dessert? Don’t mind if we do.
Ippudo – 5th Avenue Midtown
Newly added!
It’s the Midtown location of a now-ubiquitous and much loved ramen specialist, serving up tonkatsu-style broth with a long list of topping choices. Grab a glass of sake for good measure.
Ippudo – Westside Hell's Kitchen
Newly added!
Near the heart of Times Square, this branch of the archetypal ramen expert serves up the same beloved tonkatsu broth in a buzzing, nearly subterranean space.
Ippudo V Brooklyn Downtown
Newly added!
For this Brooklyn iteration of Ippudo, the iconic ramen specialist, everything is entirely plant based. That means you can get papaya sushi rolls and sesame-broth bowls of their steaming signature.
The Nephew Supper Club Harlem
Newly added!
This is prime Harlem elegance housed in an old horse stable, serving up excellent Afro-Creole cuisine. Splurge on blue cornbread and caviar, crab beignets, and their French onion soup double smash burger.
Partake NYC Long Island City
Newly added!
This is where you should head to get fresh housemade pasta alongside a spicy salmon roll and steak nachos. Oh, and an espresso martini. In other words, bring your most indecisive friend.
OKATTE TANTO NEW YORK Midtown
Newly added!
Head to Okatte Tanto for an izakaya-style menu of Japanese classics. The showstopper has to be the raw bluefin tuna rib, served on the bone and in limited quantity.
Honey Badger Prospect Lefferts Gardens
Head here for a truly unique dining experience: Every seat is at the chef’s counter, and all of the food is either foraged or from fiercely local farms across the northeast, then used for their many-course meal and in-house fermentation program.
Gui Steakhouse Midtown
Gui is a quality steakhouse with Korean sensibility, which means you’ll enjoy a meal of marinated galbi, Wagyu katsu sandos, and sundubu jjigae. It’s ideal for pre- or post-theater dining, especially when you add on a black and white cake for dessert.
Kappo Masa Upper East Side
Who wouldn’t want to dine on award-winning omakase and à la carte dishes from one of the world’s most famous sushi chefs while sitting underneath priceless works of art? The spot’s proximity to the Gagosian Gallery makes it an experience unlike any other in the city.
Living Room Union Square
This is not your average hotel bar, which won’t be a surprise for those familiar with the W Union Square. Here, the windows are tall and the chairs are plush and comfortable, so have a few rounds and take it in.
Antoya Korean BBQ Koreatown
For those in the know, Antoya is one of the city’s premiere Korean barbecue destinations. They’ve been around since 2018, serving up luxury dishes like truffle-seasoned beef and A5 Wagyu alongside choice selections of banchan.
Bazár Tapas Bar and Restaurant Nomad
The biggest draw at Bazar (both literally and figuratively) has got to be the paellas for two, served in a behemoth of a pan and overflowing with shrimp, octopus, mussels, squid, and chorizo. Swoon.
Bar Masa Columbus Circle
It shares a kitchen with the ubiquitous Masa, serving an à la carte menu filled with dishes like sizzling octopus and chef Masayoshi Takayama’s famous toro tartare caviar. Some of the bartenders have been there since the doors opened, too, so trust them to guide you through the menus.
Lex Restaurant Upper East Side
Lex makes an effort to make every evening spent here special, with fresh-cut flowers on the table and flickering candlelight by which to enjoy your pappardelle with veal ragu and steamed white wine mussels.
