Love On The Line is our declaration of affection for the people that define hospitality, and the threads that connect our industry – from the servers holding it down each night, the suppliers dedicated to creating magic from the earth, to the line cooks who put their love on the line with every dish, at every service.

To kick off 2026, we’re inviting you to celebrate the things that make hospitality so special – with our diners, the restaurants we love, and their stories at the heart of it all. Explore more, below.

What Made Industry Lifers Fall in Love with Restaurants?

We ask workers from the nation’s leading restaurants what drew them to hospitality — and why they stay.
