Ben Hon

New York Photographer

Ben’s work is guided by two passions: food and people. Through his lens, he creates visual narratives that go beyond the plate, capturing both the artistry of a dish and the stories of the chefs and restaurateurs who bring it to life. His photography reflects not just what is seen, but the heart and soul behind each subject. While his journey began in food photography, Ben’s work now spans behind-the-scenes storytelling, editorial projects, and product stills for leading culinary voices including Resy, The Food Network, Bon Appétit, and Beautiful Cuisines. His collaborations extend to global brands such as Google, Don Julio, and Ben & Jerry’s, pairing visual craft with cultural insight. Ben’s creative work has also taken him across the globe, from London and Italy to Finland and New Zealand, where he continues to document the intersection of food, travel, and human connection.
