Join American Express Global Dining Collection Chef Michael Solomonov for an exclusive virtual cooking experience.
Card Members will have the opportunity to participate in this one-hour event, which will offer a special cooking demonstration with five-time James Beard Award Winner, Chef Michael Solomonov. The menu will showcase some of chef’s favorite dishes for Valentine’s Day that he will prepare for his fiancée during the event. A live Q&A will follow the demonstration. This experience is available to purchase for either Saturday, February 13th or Sunday, February 14th.
In 2019, Chef Michael Solomonov’s restaurant Zahav won the James Beard Foundation award for “Outstanding Restaurant.” In 2020, his newly opened restaurant, Laser Wolf, was named by GQ Magazine as one of the “Best New Restaurants in America”.
