We love the Amaro Spritz for all seasons — light and cheery enough for the warmer months, but with a bit of alpine edge to make it the ideal drink for fall weather. All the ingredients are hopefully staples in your cupboard, and Braulio neat or over ice once the weather gets chillier is just as satisfying!

Ingredients

1 ounce Braulio

3 ounces Prosecco

1 ounce Berto Sweet Vermouth

Splash of Club Soda

Instructions

Build in a wine glass with a good amount of ice.

Give one stir to mix ingredients.

Top with orange twist.

Serves 1.
