This recipe makes use of two different aperitivos: one classically Italian (Contratto) and one locally made in Brooklyn (Forthave Spirits). Instead of topping the cocktail with Prosecco, we finish it with tonic water for a lighter, lower ABV take on a non-traditional spritz.
1 ounce Contratto
1 ounce Forthave Aperitivo
1 ounce tonic water
Soda water, to top
Garnishes: orange wedge and green olive
Combine all ingredients in a rocks glass over ice.
Stir to integrate.
Garnish with orange wedge and green olive.
