Shelter Island:

Sunset Beach
Healthy and delicious summertime food by way of the French Riviera and coastal Italy brought to you on Shelter Island. If the ferry ride doesn’t give you that Hamptons feeling then watching the sunset over the bay certainly will. Grilled octopus with cocoa beans and fresh herbs, stracciatella with asparagus salad, vegetarian tagine, every dish is seasonal and sourced whenever possible from dayboat fishermen and local organic farmers. Seaside dining plus a bottle of wine, voilà. Book now at Sunset Beach.

East Hampton:

Nick & Toni’s
Fresh, local and organic is the name of the game at the East End’s presumed restaurant kingpin. Most of these dishes come from the farms and waters of the East End of Long Island. The room makes you feel like you’re in Tuscany, the food hits the spot and the vibes confirm you’re definitely in the right place. Book now at Nick & Toni’s.

Moby’s
A rustic and market driven menu, sourced from the best farms of the North and South Fork and Montauk Day Boats. Crudo, salads, pastas, shellfish, whole fish and signature Neapolitan style pizzas are all accompanied by hand-pulled mozzarella. Pro-tip Dark & Stormy with house made ginger beer FTW. Book now at Moby’s.

Momi Ramen
There is nothing like a bowl of ramen during a party weekend, or ever really, and Momi’s is truly the real deal. They make fresh noodles in-house several times a day using a specialized dough mixer & noodle maker imported from Japan (the noodles are so fresh they don’t even have time to be refrigerated). And that tonkotsu broth… Book now at Momi Ramen.

East Hampton Grill
Good food, good drink and amazing service is all she wrote. Open year round, you’ll start your meal with “Heavenly Biscuits” and then go for the fried oysters St. Charles served on the half shell with creamed spinach, artichokes and lemon aioli (AKA spinach artichoke dip). Then stick to the classic Hillstone Group dishes because you’re in it to win it. Cha-ching. Reservations available via phone, walk-ins welcome.

Bay Kitchen Bar
Sea-to-table is totally a thing, especially when you’re situated adjacent to a marina. Not to mention the sunset views, sick cocktails, and OYSTERS. Local and East Coast seafood classics are in it to win it. Book now at Bay Kitchen Bar.

Highway Restaurant
Hello pot-pie Mondays. Duh the food is dynamite, but heads up for the amazing house cocktails and a tap beer selection with an emphasis on local breweries. Plus the killer staff seals the deal for Highway. Book now at Highway.

Southampton:

Sant Ambroeus
Originally opened in 1992, this Southampton specialty is a must visit while in the Hamptons. Not only do they have the OG cappuccinos and mini sandwiches you get in NYC, but they also have an outdoor vine-covered patio, secluded from Main Street and accessible from a cozy private lane. Vitello tonnato AF. Book now at Sant Ambroeus SH.

Sag Harbor:

Baron’s Cove
Classic, all-American vibes with panoramic views from the deck. Fresh and local ingredients like their Crescent Farms duck breast with smashed parsnips, steamed spinach and a brandied cherry glaze is what you need. PS, this Monday, stop by for their BBQ. Memorial Day done right. Trust. Book now at Baron’s Cove.

Montauk:

Scarpetta Beach
Located in Gurney’s, Scarpetta is LDV Hospitality’s signature restaurant concept that first launched in NYC’s Meatpacking District. Their famous spaghetti tomato & basil is still a clutch move but the creamy polenta fricassee of truffled mushrooms and the stracciatella with roasted root vegetables & truffle vinaigrette do not disappoint. Gurney’s never looked so good. Book now at Scarpetta Beach.

Ruschmeyer’s
Summer camp vibes run strong. Grab a bite, listen to live musical performances and DJs, and indulge in some snacks like the watermelon with shiso and peanuts. Located next to the lake in Montauk, all you need is that lobster roll to bring the feels. Book now at Ruschmeyers.

There you have it, every place you need to be this summer. See you out East.
