There’s something particularly magical about restaurants on New Year’s Eve. Dining rooms glow and bubbly flows. Resy is excited to offer tables at many of our restaurants. Every table on this list comes with something bubbly at midnight. From the white tie gala at White Street to business as usual at Frankies 570, pick a table, any table. Cheers.

1. Charlie Bird is offering early and late seatings on the big night. There will be prix fixe menus featuring Charlie classics and some festive bells and whistles. Let’s not sell past the close: if a jewel box venue with great, poppy energy is your thinking, here’s the place. CLICK TO BOOK AT CHARLIE BIRD

2. Claudette will show well on the 31st for it’s a place where the rosé flows like wine. From a tap, actually. Early and late seatings are available and the Michael Sheridan trio will be playing all night. You’ll pick courses from the French-med menu — 2 stars good says the New York Times — and take in the Provencal vibes. Tables available from 5:30 to 9:45. CLICK TO BOOK AT CLAUDETTE

3. If the East Village is your thinking, you can’t do better than New American newcomer The Eddy. Small intimate venues are great places to celebrate, because everyone’s at the same party. 10 PM primetime tables available. $126 per person. CLICK TO BOOK AT THE EDDY

4. If a bit outside the box culinarily is the aim, then may we suggest Balaboosta, one of the best restaurants in New York that likes to fly below the radar. Early and prime seatings both available at the Nolita joint. CLICK TO BOOK AT BALABOOSTA

5. Lure is a party every night and New Year’s won’t be any different. This is categorically a pro-move and for your wisdom in going with what works you’ll be rewarded with, surely, party hats and Lure’s everyday amazing menu. No prepay required. CLICK TO BOOK AT LURE

6. Sexy by any standard, but especially for a steakhouse, American Cut in Tribeca is offering a multi-course prix fixe at $198 all-in per person, which includes champagne at midnight. 9 PM and 10 PM resys available. CLICK TO BOOK AT AMERICAN CUT

7. Toro is going with a dinner-into-party format. You can even book just the party if you want. But whatever time you decide to arrive, you’ll be treated to dishes from their amazing Spanish menu, plus plenty of good drink options and dancing that’ll take over the room after 10:30. CLICK TO BOOK AT TORO

8. Kingside is on W57th street, which gets you long-scope views of Times Square without having to think about the chaos. In their beautiful brasserie room, they’ll offer a multi-course menu with options like lobster thermidor and housemade chitarra with truffle butter, straciatella and shaved white truffles. We’re offering both early and primetime at Marc Murphy’s midtown restaurant. CLICK TO BOOK AT KINGSIDE

9. For those who fancy themselves fancy, Regency Bar & Grill is a perfect New Year’s Eve gambit. Here we have a room that oozes elegance and perhaps the single most underrated kitchen in the city. As an added bonus, it’s in the Regency, where surely rooms will be available for those needing to call a post-dinner audible. CLICK TO BOOK AT REGENCY

10. The deal here, of course, is that Scarpetta is just a great restaurant and has been doing it right for a decade. The vibe here will be lively, for sure. And basing your operations in the Meatpacking District means you can hop around without having to deal with 13.3x surge pricing. Early and late seatings are available and, yes, of course, the spaghetti will be offered. CLICK TO BOOK AT SCARPETTA

11. How about one of the best new restaurants of the year for your farewell to ’14? Settle into a great table at Bar Bolonat in the West Village and celebrate the year in food, because it was a good one. Early and primetime seats are available. CLICK TO BOOK AT BAR BOLONAT

12. Some people like to just go out to dinner and relax about the whole New Year’s thing. If that’s you, then Frankies 570 is the place. While they’ll be pouring complimentary bubbly at 12 (sorry about that), the festivities won’t extend too far beyond access to the best cavatelli the world has ever seen and some amazing charcuterie. CLICK TO BOOK AT FRANKIES 570

13. Back to the East Village, where Flinders Lane is offering dinner and party at an incredibly reasonable $117 all-in per person. Choose from dishes like curry laksa and pan-seared wild barramundi. Aussies have the party mode dialed in. Very solid option here. 8 PM seating available. CLICK TO BOOK AT FLINDERS LANE

14. So, if you want really fantastic tapas, but perhaps Toro is too unce-unce for you, East-Village-casual Huertas is a no-brainer. We’re offering dinner at 7, which sets up you to be bar hopping into 2015 on First Avenue. CLICK TO BOOK AT HUERTAS

15. The dress at White Street for the 31st is white tie, which, if that’s how you roll, makes this really the New Year’s Eve sweet spot. Resy tables come with access to the ‘champagne and caviar room’, too. Because, when in Rome. CLICK TO BOOK AT WHITE STREET

16. In the West Village, Blenheim is doing a 6-course menu, plus flute of bubbly at midnight, for $211 all-in per person. If farm-to-table is your desired setting, this is the New Year’s plan for you. CLICK TO BOOK AT BLENHEIM
