Introducing ‘Notify’
Today, Resy introduces Notify. In addition to all of the tables we offer for instant confirmation, Notify gets you on a waiting list for those situations when you’ve got a particular restaurant, or restaurants, in mind and we’re momentarily sold out.
You can simply search and scan reservations as you normally would on Resy (for, say, 2 people on Saturday night). Below available tables, we provide a list of restaurants without availability. Clicking the Notify button next to any restaurant instantly signs you up for a one-time push notification. Should a table become available that matches your date and party size request, you’ll literally be the first to know.
Of course, real-time booking remains, and will always be, the core of what we do. You’ll always be able to tap twice and be confirmed. But we also realize sometimes you’re craving something specific. Or maybe there’s someplace you want to try. For those times, we’re excited to bring you Notify.
