Cities Editor

Deanna is a native Angeleno but has lived in New York for the past 15 years and counting — most of it in Jackson Heights — and she feels grateful to feel at home on both coasts. Prior to joining Resy in 2020, she was a longtime business reporter and travel writer, where she easily covered everything from mergers and acquisitions to how to craft the ideal itinerary while traveling to more than 30 countries. She has strong opinions on food, the strongest being that she’s always willing to give something a try at least once. And for those wondering: She really does attempt to eat at every restaurant she puts on Resy’s monthly NYC Hit List. Seriously.
