This recipe is great because it complements so many things, be it a side salad or a dipping sauce for veggies. Bonus: It feels lighter and fresher than store-bought dressings.
1 cup buttermilk
1 cup sour cream
½ cup prepared horseradish, including the liquid
¼ cup tahini
½ cup fresh dill, chopped fine
1 tablespoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion powder
1 tablespoon kosher salt
2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl, whisk well, and refrigerate overnight.
Mix a day ahead of time to give the flavors a chance to really marry.
