Resy, in partnership with American Express, is excited to offer a special Thanksgiving-themed virtual culinary series with Global Dining Collection Chef Dan Barber, exclusively for American Express Card Members. Card Members will have the opportunity to participate in four one-hour events, each with its own unique focus to best prepare for Thanksgiving. Each experience includes an interactive cooking demonstration and Q&A with Chef Dan Barber, as well as a special gift for guests following the experience.

Dan Barber is the chef and co-owner of Blue Hill and Blue Hill at Stone Barns and author of The Third Plate. A James Beard Foundation Leadership Award winner, Chef Barber has seven James Beard awards including Best Chef: NYC, Outstanding Chef, Outstanding Restaurant (Blue Hill and Blue Hill at Stone Barns), Outstanding Service. His restaurants hold three Michelin stars and are ranked on The World’s 50 Best Restaurants since 2015. In 2009, he was named one of TIME Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People in the World.

All proceeds from your purchase will be donated to Stone Barns Center for Food and Agriculture – a nonprofit with a mission to create a healthy and sustainable food system. The four-season farm serves as an educational campus for training young farmers, engaging the next generation of food activists and demonstrating the power of resilient agriculture.

He’ll discuss the depths of flavor of whole wheat flour and demonstrate two bread recipes that will be welcome additions to your Thanksgiving repertoire.
