Colagreco opened Mirazur in 2006 — a restaurant now considered the definition of luxe dining on the Riviera, all amid a panoramic view of the Mediterranean in the mountains in Menton, France. In 2019, the restaurant ranked number one in the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, and was Gault & Millau’s 2009 Chef of the Year. His interpretation of Provençal flavors has set a new bar for regional French haute cuisine.

Ripert is the chef and co-owner of Le Bernardin, which after more than three decades remains New York’s City’s definitional spot for both seafood-focused cooking, and quintessential formal dining. That has made it one of the city’s few three-Michelin starred restaurants, although Ripert’s  long string of accolades includes winning the 2003 James Beard Foundation for Outstanding Chef in the United States. He’s also co-owner, with his wine director, of New York’s Aldo Sohm Wine Bar, and of Blue by Eric Ripert, his celebrated restaurant in the Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman.

In addition to owning and operating The Charter Oak in St. Helena, Kostow is the chef of the Restaurant at Meadowood, which carries three Michelin stars. He is also an award-winning author, as his cookbook (“A New Napa Cuisine”) was awarded Book of the Year by the International Association of Culinary Professionals (IACP). Kostow takes a thoughtful approach to food, drawing upon his upbringing and the bounty of the surrounding environments, creating an extraordinary experience for diners at The Restaurant at Meadowood, The Charter Oak and his latest endeavor, Ensue in China.
