Fun Facts

  • Lives in
    Brooklyn, NY
  • Restaurant you’ve been to the most
Court Street Grocers. The vegitalian is always the correct order.
  • Most memorable bite
Clams on the half shell at Smitty’s in Somers Point, NJ. It’s the taste of summer.
  • A spot you’d almost gatekeep
Taci’s Beyti, for family-sized pide, salads, and other Turkish classics that’re great for groups. Wait for the fresh fruit they bring out at the end of the meal.
  • Hot take
Burger buns are designed incorrectly. Flip burgers upside down, so the bottom (aka thinner part of the bun) doesn’t get too soggy.
  • Pro tip for diners
If you don’t have a reservation, show up 10 minutes before the hour or half hour. You might just be able to snag a table.
  • Last meal on earth
My dad’s salmon tartare with a big slice of my mom’s chocolate cake and freshly whipped cream for dessert.
