Right now, we’re very excited about the Elade Test Kitchen pop-up at Café Colucci in Oakland from fine-dining chef Selasie Dotse.   • Chinese New Year: This is the year of the dragon, and why not celebrate it under the dragon at the original Mission Chinese Food, one of the S.F. restaurants that break the mold? Book here.
