Fun Facts

  • Lives in
    Greenpoint, Brooklyn
  • Favorite slice in NYC
I’ve loved L’Industrie since before they were hype. When I can’t stomach the line, Fini, Diamond Slice, and, of course, Joe’s are my go-tos.
  • Drink of choice
A dirty martini, ideally with a sidecar of extra olives. Temple Bar, Bar Americano, and Fritz make perfect ones.
  • Restaurant you’ve been to the most
Win Son. I’ve been going for seven years and it never misses.
  • Favorite food movie
    “The Ramen Girl.”
  • Best high-low pairing
Momofuku’s fried chicken with caviar remains a banger.
  • Last meal on earth
I’d fly back to Bangkok for the crab omelet and drunken noodles at Raan Jay Fai.
