Deuki Hong
Deuki Hong, co-author of the bestselling cookbook “Koreatown,” began his culinary career at 15 as a line cook, then graduated from the Culinary Institute of America. Hong is the chef-owner of The Sunday Family Hospitality Group in San Francisco.
