Resy Presents Off Menu Week, In Partnership with Capital One

By

Off Menu Week is a brand-new dining program that celebrates the ingenuity of restaurants and chefs in six of the country’s best dining cities.

Ever wonder how chefs dream up their next best dish? For seven days, Resy and Capital One® are giving you access to the inner workings of your favorite restaurants, so you can help shape their future menu. Welcome to Off Menu Week.

For one week only, iconic eateries and neighborhood mainstays will serve their experimental new concepts and off menu hits. Maybe you’ll get to sample a plate only the chefs got to taste. Or a one-hit wonder too wild to ever grace the menu. Or it could very well be the restaurant’s next iconic dish. Either way, make a reservation at a participating restaurant for an exclusive opportunity to taste new dishes, all auditioning for a spot on the main stage.

Resy and Capital One have tapped restaurants in six of the country’s best dining cities to let you go behind the scenes. Some of the many who will be participating include Tetsu (New York), Maude (Los Angeles), Lord Stanley (San Francisco), The Dabney (Washington, D.C.), Kemuri Tatsu-ya (Austin), and Pacific Standard Time (Chicago), to name a few.
