They started with Locanda Verde, which opened in 2009. Now, Andrew Carmellini’s Noho Hospitality Group runs eight of the best restaurants and bars in New York and Miami. We’re excited to announce that they join Resy today.

Carmellini is one of the good guys. He’s been a professional cook for more than twenty years, mostly in New York. He was the opening chef de cuisine at Daniel Boulud’s Cafe Boulud, where he won two James Beard Awards and was named a Food & Wine Best New Chef (class of 2000). Along the way he’s cooked at Le Cirque, Lespinasse, and for Mario Cuomo on weekends while he was Governor. His Cafe Boulud off-menu fried chicken was the fried chicken that inspired David Chang to get in the crispy bird game. His Urban Italian cookbook is one of the most cookable you’ll find. In short, AC’s food makes people happy.

With more to come, here are the four Carmellini restaurants available for booking immediately:

The Dutch, Soho
Carmellini’s Soho bistro is an all-day clubhouse for the neighborhood, the nexus of New York’s downtown scene. Designed by Roman & Williams, the space is warm and cozy; the perfect place for an average night to slowly devolve into a lovely haze of oysters, steaks, vino and good times.Book Now at The Dutch.

Little Park, Tribeca
Here’s the restaurant where Carmellini grows up. Located in the very chic, and reimagined, Smyth Hotel, Little Park is a vegetable-forward riff on modern American food, with a menu ranging from beet risotto to beet tartare. Carnivores, fear not, for there’s lamb porterhouse and duck breast and waygu flank here, too. All the more reason that the NY Post calls it a “winning new bistro.” Book Now at Little Park.

Lafayette, Noho
Lafayette bills itself as a “grand cafe and bakery,” which is perfectly accurate. Actually, New York doesn’t have very many places of this kind, these days considered too financially bold and risky to build. But this one is built, so you win. Like all of the Carmellini restaurants, Layafette is a place where, regardless of the time of day, you’ll settle in, look around and know you’re in the right place. Book Now at Lafayette.

Bar Primi, Noho
Bar Primi, aka Carmellini rides again. And by that you mean incredible pastas, with salads and antipasti to round out the meal. And, as Pete Wells notes for the NY Times, “Bar Primi has a deeply affordable wine list you could happily get lost in.” Cheers.Book Now at Bar Primi.
