This summer, Resy and Unapologetic Foods — the group behind New York's celebrated restaurants Semma, Dhamaka, Adda, Masalawala & Sons, and Naks — are embarking on a multi-city tour to celebrate the multifaceted brilliance of American food today, from Indian and Thai to Middle Eastern and Cantonese, and everything in between.
Join us at Anajak Thai in Los Angeles, Galit in Chicago, and Tiger Fork in Washington, D.C. And read on to learn more about how these chefs are unapologetically shaping the way we dine today, for the better.
