Sophie is a writer and musician, and a member of Resy’s creative and brand team. She earned her MFA in Creative Writing from Columbia College Chicago and has spent her career working in and around restaurants, developing a perspective grounded in both the creative and operational sides of hospitality. She and her husband are behind Brochu’s Family Tradition, named one of 2023’s Best New Restaurants by The New York Times and Bon Appétit.
