This weekend, Resy presents Charlie Bird at Jimmy’s Bodega, an exclusive two-day Flash Restaurant at the FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen.
Cooking in a restaurant for the first time in Aspen since he left the Little Nell, Ryan Hardy returns with his blockbuster New York hotspot. For the uninitiated, Charlie Bird is the critically acclaimed Soho Italian restaurant, expertly mixing casual cool and culinary sophistication. “It’s ideally situated for the way we go to restaurants now,” says NY Times critic Pete Wells. Co-owner Robert Bohr curates a world class and gently priced wine list. In Aspen, Ryan and Robert will collaborate with classic Aspen joint Jimmy’s Bodega to present the best of Charlie Bird.
The Flash Restaurant will present a 5-course menu of Charlie Bird’s greatest hits with wine pairings for a set all inclusive price. Menu highlights include live diver scallops, farro salad, Charlie Bird roasted chicken with crispy bit salad, and chocolate budino.
The two-night-only dinner takes place June 19th and 20th and seats ($150 – $250/pp) are extremely limited. Reservations are available exclusively via Resy.
