Well, well, well. Look at what we have here. Why it’s the Resy Hit List, of course. This week is just a massive pile of bubble-wrap-still-on-the-floor, right out of the box newbies. You are where you eat, so here’s the deal for the next seven days. 6 New, 2 Returning

1/UNTITLED
2/LUPULO
3/CLOCKTOWER
4/SANTINA
5/CHURCH STREET TAVERN
6/CAFE CLOVER
7/LA GAMELLE
8/GRAND BANKS

1/UNTITLED Debut
Because it’s Danny Meyer’s new restaurant at the Whitney, helmed by Michael Anthony, he of Gramercy Tavern fame. The fishbowl space is all bar and kitchen and it works. Roasted and fried chicken is an early winner; ditto the crab and pickled pepper fritters. // Meatpacking. 212-570-3670.

2/LUPULO Debut
Because you thought George Mendes was all about the fancy food. But, get a load of this joint, a Portuguese gastropub. This is the Mendes restaurant you’ve been waiting for. Frango piri-piri is great; so is everything else. Bar seats and bar snacks aren’t the wrong move. // Chelsea. Walk-ins only.

3/CLOCKTOWER Debut
Because this all sounds a little frou-frou, but never, ever bet against Stephen Starr. So, that said, here’s his new ride, T8 plug-in hybrid type deal, at the sparkling new Edition Hotel. Acclaimed London chef Jason Atherton is cooking. Menu is “contemporary British.” Opens on Saturday night. // Flatiron. (212) 413-4300.

4/SANTINA 15
Because for the seven-hundredth time. // Meatpacking. (212) 254-3000.

5/CHURCH STREET TAVERN Debut
Because New York Magazine’s burger hunters say this place is peddling one of the city’s “best new specimens.” Said specimen is a dry-aged, funked-up riff with bacon-onion relish and Grandaisy bun from hometown favorite Ryan Skeen. // TriBeCa. (212) 804-7766.

6/CAFE CLOVER 3
Because back on this list she goes, this West Village looker, where the emphasis is on keeping pretty people pretty by feeding them inconspicuously healthy food in a very chic setting. Somebody was eventually going to get this concept right and here it is. // West Village. (212) 675-4350.

7/LA GAMELLE Debut
Because, pop-up Chez Jef was totally legit and here’s Mathieu Palombino permanent install of the concept on the Bowery. Poulet rôti is on the main stage, obviously. Digs draw heavily on the Parisian New York aesthetic popularized by H.R.H. Keith McNally. // Bowery. Book Now at La Gamelle.

8/GRAND BANKS Debut
Because it’s a sailboat and it’s a bar and it’s right there on the Hudson. Returning for a sophomore season at Pier 25, this year the captains have brought on chef Kerry Heffernan, once of Eleven Madison Park, to run the food program. Protip: Starboard is right, port side is left facing forward on the boat. Ask for port side seats, where you’ve got the Hudson view. Opens Friday. // Pier 25, TriBeCa. (212) 960-3390.

9/SUPRISE RESY PROTIP
Get in the ResyBird game A-sap. Prepay and preorder at El Toro Blanco and your chicken enchiladas and Pacifico is waiting for you when you arrive. It’s called Fast Fine. Write that down. // West Village. Book El Capón.
