You might have noticed that Smoke.Oil.Salt. has been piling up the accolades of late from places like the LA Times and GQ. Indeed the last twelve months have been good to our favorite Valencian restaurant and wine bar.
To celebrate, Chef Perfecto Rocher and the team will be offering a special 10-course One-Year Anniversary Dinner featuring some of S.O.S.’s star menu items. This Friday, April 24th and Saturday, April 25th, get in on the celebration. Best selling dishes like Bravas Trencades (fried potatoes with egg, ham and chorizo), Flam d’Eric (sea urchin flan), Pulpo a la Brasa (smoked octopus), Pluma Iberica (wood-fired Iberico pork), and many more are on offer.
Limited seats for this celebratory menu are $90/pp and are available at 6:30pm and 9:00pm each night. Special wine pairings will be offered for an additional charge.
