Resy Launches Exclusive Partnership with Dany Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group

The Leading Hospitality Technology Platform Welcomes USHG’s Entire Portfolio of Restaurants, including New York City’s Untitled, Marta, and Gramercy Tavern

New York (September 4, 2018) – Today, Resy, the leading hospitality technology company, announces they are the exclusive reservation and management platform for famed New York City restaurateur Danny Meyer’s Union Square Hospitality Group (USHG). USHG restaurants including Untitled, Marta and Blue Smoke will join Union Square Cafe and Manhatta as the first to roll out Resy’s rich capabilities for guests and restaurant teams. The remaining six restaurants in USHG’s portfolio that accept reservations, including Gramercy Tavern, The Modern and Maialino, will join in the coming months.

Resy will now provide USHG’s centralized reservations team with a universal view of availability across its family of restaurants, capturing all pertinent information and guest profiles in a singular place. A key feature for these restaurants is Resy Fly, a ground-breaking inventory optimization engine designed to help restaurants minimize the gaps between reservations. Resy Fly represents a significant advancement for USHG and the industry, offering a combination of slots-based and inputs-based systems for the first time. Resy Fly uniquely allows restaurants to tailor the way they manage tables according to their specific needs. USHG restaurants will now have the flexibility to schedule different floor plans, reservation grids, and hours of operation for special days or time periods.
