Resy Launches New Feature – Shareable Lists – to Help Diners Share their Favorite Restaurants with Friends

“Resy isn’t just for booking, it’s a destination to discover amazing restaurants, and now you can help your friends discover the spots you love,” said Hannah Kelly, Chief Marketing Officer, Resy. “We’ve also asked our chef ‘friends of Resy’ to share their go-to spots. Consider it Resy’s inside scoop on where chefs and the industry dines.”

According to a recent survey* commissioned by Resy, 8-in-10 adults surveyed reported being likely to tell their friends about a great restaurant they have discovered. Resy’s new Shareable Lists make it even easier to help people find new restaurants.

How To Use, and Share, Resy Lists

To access the new feature, users log into their Resy account and navigate to “Lists” within their profile. They can start by clicking “Create List” and then giving it a title like “Date Night,” “Brunch Favorites,” or “Must Try.” To add a restaurant into a List, simply tap the heart icon on a Resy restaurant’s profile. Users can share their lists with others by selecting the list they would like to send, tapping the share icon, and sharing the link.

In a recent survey of diners conducted by Resy, 25% of adults reported being interested in seeing restaurant recommendations from people who work in the food industry.
