Adam is an award-winning food and travel writer whose byline appears in Travel + Leisure, Fortune, Virtuoso, and many other publications. He co-authored the restaurant cookbooks for Laurel and Palizzi Social Club and has produced three cocktail books, including the latest, “In Session: Low-Proof Cocktails for High-Quality Occasions.” Adam divides his time between South Philly and Wildwood, New Jersey, with his wife, Charlotte.

Shrimp cocktail, live scallop nigiri, summer cantaloupe with speck, veal parm with a side of mezza rigs in vodka sauce, boardwalk fries with malt vinegar and honey for dipping, root beer float, strawberry pavlova, bowl of Cocoa Pebbles with sliced bananas, a single California satsuma, and a square of dark chocolate.
