Adam is an award-winning food and travel writer whose byline appears in Travel + Leisure, Fortune, Virtuoso, and many other publications. He co-authored the restaurant cookbooks for Laurel and Palizzi Social Club and has produced three cocktail books, including the latest, “In Session: Low-Proof Cocktails for High-Quality Occasions.” Adam divides his time between South Philly and Wildwood, New Jersey, with his wife, Charlotte.
