Where to Eat in August: Macanda, Tongue in Cheek, Devil’s Advocate, and More

By

In August, we Minnesotans can feel like our cups runneth over. Farmers markets across the Twin Cities become colorful tableaux of farm-fresh produce: heirloom tomatoes; picked-that-morning corn; crunchy bok choy; zucchini, zucchini, zucchini. There’s a bounty of new restaurants, too, as well as a few long-awaited favorites re-emerging. Daniel del Prado has launched another stunner, Macanda, lakeside in Wayzata. The team at Devil’s Advocate is back in Downtown Minneapolis. And the swank Four Seasons hotel has opened with the already-a-hot-spot Mara Restaurant & Bar from Gavin Kaysen.

Overwhelmed by the possibilities? Let this month’s Resy Hit List be your guide to all the goodness.
