The April Hit List: Heather’s, Eat Street Crossing, Tinto Kitchen, and More

By

A Minnesota spring is something to cherish, if only because usually it’s here and gone in a flash. The current restaurant scene can be fickle as well, encouraging us with great highs (openings) and devastating us with lows (closings), sometimes all within a few days. Fortunately, the past few months have given us more highs than lows, including several anniversaries and expansions to celebrate.

So, happy first to Devil’s Advocate in Stillwater and third to South Minneapolis gem Heather’s. And welcome to Washington Avenue, Café Cerés! And there’s new launches to fête. In fact, the latest food hall, Eat Street Crossing, has recently filled an old space with a din of dining activity, supporting six food concepts and a bar.

Get ready to visit the latest and greatest with a little help from this month’s Resy Hit List.
