The Resy Hit List: Where In Miami You’ll Want to Eat Right Now

By

There’s no question we hear more often: Where should I go eat? And while we at Resy know it’s an honor to be the friend who everyone asks for restaurant advice, we also know it’s a complicated task. That’s where the Resy Hit List comes in.

We’ve designed it to be your essential resource for dining in and around Miami: a monthly-updated (and newly expanded!) guide to the restaurants in that you won’t want to miss — tonight or any night.

Four Things In Miami Not to Miss This Month

  • Egg-cellent: Not so into the whole cooking and entertaining thing this Easter? If you’re still looking for somewhere to host your family’s Easter brunch, check out our list of restaurants where you’ll want to dine with a group, or better yet, this guide to Miami’s best brunches. And faves like Little Hen are planning special brunch menus, so keep an eye out.
  • A Matter of Trust: We have our eyes on a new spot that’s climbing the reservation ranks: Palma, an “intentionally undefined” tasting menu concept with a weekly rotating menu. In exchange for $85 and a bit of trust, you get seven courses and the promise of a surprising, boundary-pushing meal. We’re prepping make our own Resy ASAP. You, meanwhile, can check New on Resy for all the new opening intel.
  • All the Small Plates: Spanish-Japanese fusion pop-up QP Tapas has a new home, again – this time at Mayfair House in Coconut Grove. As of March 1, you can now enjoy sharable Spanish tapas and Japanese izakaya-style plates in the iconic hotel’s lush atrium Wednesday through Saturday night. Think okonomiyaki topped with chorizo and uni risotto.
  • Tongue-Tied: Moody Tongue Sushi is back for another South Florida residency at the Four Seasons Palm Beach, from March 7 to March 28. The omakase experience melds a 15-course Japanese tasting menu with beer pairings from the only Michelin-starred brewery in the world. Seatings start at $145 per person, plus $65 for the beer pairing. Book here, and check our Events page for all the latest.
