Where to Eat in December: Jupiter, Bar Bête, Hav & Mar, and More

December is here and the holiday season is upon us with the promise of festive gatherings, treasured traditions, and likely plenty of food and drink. New York’s restaurants are ready to serve you, whether you’re looking for a solo respite from a hectic day of holiday shopping, a chance to gather with loved ones, or simply an excuse not to have to cook at home.

On this month’s Resy Hit List, there are a number of new spots to check out from some heavy hitters, as well as some beloved, cozy standbys worth returning to. Dig into a comforting bowl of Jupiter‘s seafood risotto after checking out the tree at Rockefeller Center. Gather your friends for a veritable feast at CheLi, sharing bowls of the house special fish stew along with bites of perfectly poached, wine-soaked chicken. Make it a date night at Bar Bête or Fradei and toast to the year’s end with glasses of bubbly. You know what season it is (we’ll spare you that phrase) so get to it.
