When people refer to the West Coast as the best coast, it’s almost always tinged in golden-hour hues and the sparkle of the Pacific Ocean. Dining along the beach, with the horizon, waves, and sunsets as a backdrop, is just one of the perks of living here. It doesn’t always mean having the sand a few feet away.
