In celebration of Pasta Flyer’s first anniversary, chef-owner Mark Ladner has curated a seven-night chef series, which will come to life as weekly Wednesday night dinners beginning on September 26th through November 7th. A slew of outstanding chefs will visit Pasta Flyer’s Greenwich Village location to cook alongside Ladner in creating decadent, one-night-only dishes. The result? A family-style feast that will reflect the collaborative styles of the participating chefs.
Ladner, formerly of Del Posto and Lupa, is a James Beard Award-winning chef. Some of the iconic chefs who will join his helm this fall include Legacy Record’s Ryan Hardy, Maialino’s Nick Anderer, and The Grill’s Mario Carbone.
Each Wednesday night, five courses will be shared amongst diners at one of two seatings, at 6:30 and 8:30 pm, respectively. Tickets are $125 per person.
