Where to Eat Before an Event in Downtown L.A.

By

Downtown is L.A.’s own mini metropolis, from the towering skyscrapers to the turn-of-the-century architecture. And accordingly, it’s also home to countless events, with venues like the Walt Disney Concert Hall and L.A. Live, plus the Crypto.com arena — not to mention museums like the Broad, the Geffen, and the Museum of Contemporary Art — all within close proximity.

When it comes to grabbing a meal before or after, DTLA has long been a dining destination stacked with swanky tasting menus and high-end hangouts. But you may not want a big production right before a big production. Here are some of our favorite low-stress downtown restaurants to dine at before or after a show, concert, or game. Bonus: You can park and walk from most of them, too.
