We are very much in the throes of restaurant season here in New York. The pace of new openings means you’re about to have a very packed month of dining ahead of you, and well into the holidays. There’s Masalawala & Sons, the new restaurant in Park Slope from the dynamic duo behind Dhamaka, the return of a much beloved Basque cuisine pioneer — Txikito — in Chelsea, and Lord’s, the latest restaurant from the Dame team.
