The April Hit List: Wenwen, Eyval, Clover Hill, and More

By

It’s April, which means that spring is finally here. Greenmarkets are filling up again with fresh vegetables, fruits, and flowers. The collective mood feels lighter — and brighter. And in New York City, it’s a new spring awakening for dining, with a veritable bounty of new restaurants finally emerging from the last two turbulent years we’ve had.

This month, we’ve got a restaurant devoted to Taiwanese homestyle cooking in Greenpoint; the return of a briefly opened Brooklyn Heights destination; the opening of a sunny new Clinton Hill wine bar; a new Persian restaurant and bar hit-in-the-making; a brick-and-mortar restaurant that’s been 20 years in the making, and that’s just the beginning. This is your April Hit List.
