The June Hit List: En Passant, mfk, Giant, The Hot Dog Box, and More

By

Summer is upon us in Chicago, just in time for the city to loosen most of the restrictions that kept our beloved restaurants in survival mode since last March. It’s the perfect time to check out new spots, like casual boite En Passant and boutique wine shop slashie Verve Wine, or revisit old favorites, such as century-old Fireside in Andersonville, and fun-loving Giant in Logan Square.

Even as we keep reacquainting ourselves with normal life, please be kind to staff and respect restaurants’ mask requirements, which the city is leaving up to their discretion as federal guidelines ease up. It’s been a long road. So be good to one another. And with that, on to our option-packed June Hit List.
