It’s spring, and an exciting new crop of restaurants has sprouted across Chicagoland. In South Loop, there’s Apolonia, chef Stephen Gillanders long-awaited sophomore concept. And in the suburbs, there’s airy Everett Farms, as well as Bar Chido, a restaurant with a focus on Mexican street food. Of course, we also treasure our classics, so we’re thrilled to see the return of iconic restaurants like Orso’s. It’s an excellent time to make a Resy. Right this way.
