A celebration of chef Jeremy Fox’s latest restaurant and the influential friends and forces who have shaped his career.
Award-winning chef Jeremy Fox was born in the Midwest and began his cooking career in the South, before rising to attention in Northern California, working at Manresa and opening Napa’s Ubuntu. As the chef behind Santa Monica’s Rustic Canyon and Tallula’s, he’s further cemented his legacy as one of the country’s pioneering farm-to-table chefs.
Birdie G’s is the newest member of the Rustic Canyon Family. It pays homage to his family, regional American cuisine, and the nostalgic spirit of supper clubs. To celebrate its arrival, chef Jeremy Fox will host a group of friends who have been influential to his career. Each chef will cook a dish that honors their own past for this three-part, pre-opening dinner series.
Each dinner will be a collaborative, five-course course menu crafted by the team of participating chefs, plus an optional beverage pairing for $45 and a la carte cocktails. Tickets cost $85 per person, not including gratuity and tax.
Tickets go on sale Wednesday, May 8th at 10 AM PST via Resy.
