Maude
Beverly Hills
Maude is distinguished chef Curtis Stone’s innovative Beverly Hills restaurant, once known for monthly-changing tasting menus devoted to a single ingredient, and now inspired by the great wine regions of the world. Each of the quarterly tasting menus are expressions of the team’s research trips to various locations, realized through a culinary lens. Curated wine pairings, as well as a full list, are a key part of the intimate dining experience, and guests are also invited to enjoy a course in the upstairs wine loft, which houses over 3,000 bottles of carefully selected rare vintages.
*The current summer menu considers California’s Central Coast, and will culminate with a memorable, one-night-only dinner cooked in collaboration with chef Justin Cogley of the award-winning Aubergine in Carmel-by-the-Sea—on Monday, August 13th. Book Now!
