animal Restaurant Presents: animal 10th Anniversary Fairfax Tour

In celebration of Animal restaurant’s 10th anniversary, chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo are pleased to present the Animal 10th Anniversary Fairfax Touran 18-night chef series that will take place from August 8th-December 19th, featuring 21 critically-acclaimed chefs, who will each visit for a one-night-only collaboration. The series will feature a star-studded lineup—among them, friends, colleagues, mentors, and heroes—curated by Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo.

Beginning on August 8th, some of the chefs who will visit include Thomas Keller (French Laundry, Yountville), Brandon Jew (Mister Jiu’s, San Francisco), Gabriela Camara (Contramar, Mexico City), Jeremiah Stone & Fabian von Hauske Valtierra (Contra & Wildair, NY) and Tom Colicchio (Craft, NY), to name a few.
