Chris Chamberlain

Nashville Contributor

Chris is a food, drink, and travel writer based in Nashville, where he has lived his entire life (except for four years in California where he studied liberal arts at Stanford University and learned how to use chopsticks). He is a regular writer for Nashville Scene, Resy, and Style Blueprint, as well as a contributor to Bourbon +, Garden & Gun, Condé Nast Traveler, and the Tennessee Vacation Guide. In the past, Chamberlain wrote for Thrillist; Eat This, Not That; Sounds Like Nashville; Getaways for Grownups; Southern Craft Beer; and several other dearly departed publications. In fact, he’s been at this job so long that he actually wrote the final printed Zagat guide for Nashville as well as most of the local restaurant captions for the original version of Google Maps.
