If you’re dining with a group…

Laser Wolf is a great place to go if you have a big family or friends in town, because it’s all family style sharing. You can literally get everything from French fries to wings to a bunch of dipping sauces and sides. It’s also got the best view in town. My husband and I come here once a week.” And for guests staying nearby at The William Vale, it’s an easy addition to any Brooklyn itinerary.

What Sabrina recommends: French fries (non-negotiable), wings, halloumi, the chicken shishlik, and the “hidden gem” Fattoush salad

If you’re looking for somewhere to watch a game…

“Something unique about New York’s sports bars would have to be the energy. Birdie’s is an amazing spot to watch a game. There are always people cheering together. It makes for a great atmosphere. They also have a golf simulator, so you get to do something fun while watching sports.”

What Sabrina recommends: Pigs in a blanket, truffle fries, and Tequila club soda “with a little bit of lemon juice”
