TERMS AND CONDITIONS
‘Biite Presents Resy Regulars’ in-restaurant dining events will take place between September 12 and September 30, 2024 in Los Angeles at participating restaurants during each restaurant’s standard dinner service hours as specified. To participate, you must make a reservation. (When you make a reservation, you will have an opportunity to request the number of tickets that correspond to the number of people in your party.) Reservations can be made on Resy.com, through the Resy iOS app, in-person or over the phone (i.e., without using Resy), subject to the restaurant’s ability to accommodate the reservation and the number of tickets that you request. Customers can choose to make a reservation for one or more of the events based on availability at the time of booking.
Reservations will be available to the general public beginning at 7AM local time PST on August 26th, 2024. Reservations are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Tickets are final sale and the ticket purchase price is inclusive of the prix fixe course menu for the experience, including gratuity. In addition to the ticketed experience, while onsite, diners are welcome to purchase additional available menu items from the restaurant a la carte, at diner’s additional expense, including the cost of any incremental gratuity for any additional purchases. Resy is not responsible for any costs associated with booking a reservation and purchasing tickets.
Reservations made through Resy.com, Resy App, in-person or over the phone: Limit one (1) reservation per user, per day, per event, subject to restaurant availability. Reservations and tickets cannot be sold, redistributed, or otherwise transferred to another individual or entity; transfers and/or attempted transfers will result in cancellation of reservation. In the event that a restaurant accepts reservations in-person or over the phone (i.e., without using Resy), reservations made in person or over the phone will be permitted, subject to the restaurant’s ability to accommodate the reservation. Reservations are subject to the applicable restaurant’s cancellation policy, which can be found on the restaurant’s Resy venue page. Resy may modify or cancel this offer at any time.
Solo diners may be seated with other parties of one (1), or communal seating, depending on the participating restaurant’s seating availability during the night of the event.
Must be above the age of 21 or older to consume alcohol, please drink responsibly. Resy reserves the right to remove, or request the removal of, any person(s) for inappropriate behavior, including, but not limited to conduct that is deemed, in Resy and/or Resy’s designee’s opinion to be disruptive, abusive, or violent. American Express and Resy are not responsible for informing any restaurant of any dietary restrictions or special requests or for a restaurant’s ability to accommodate any such restriction or requests.
