Eateries that were interrupted by the recent lockdown (Baba’s Place, Ursula’s) are finally getting a chance to flex their long-planned menus. And with the 5km limits now gone, there’s no restriction on travelling to visit restaurants that are new (Lola’s Level 1 in beachy Bondi), an old favourite (Sixpenny in quiet Stanmore) or a more recent discovery (Lilymu in ever-expanding Parramatta). It’s a good time to take advantage of open-air seating (Iiko Mazesoba, The Unicorn) or newly added al fresco tables (Sáng by Mabasa). This is your hit list for November.
