Where To Eat in March: Amuro, Beau, El Primo Sanchez, and More

By

The weather might be cooling, but your enthusiasm for dining is likely to heat up – especially with Sydney’s many recent openings. The long-delayed Beau is finally here, with its two-part bakery and wine bar offering. There’s a new ramen joint to savour, a very charming sake bar from a former Chaco Bar chef, a Korean-inspired patisserie featuring truly inventive pastries (mandu sausage roll, anyone?) and the award-winning Maybe Sammy crew has teamed up with one of the city’s most creative Mexican chefs for a new bar that channels Oaxaca, Mexico City and beyond. Here’s your Hit List for March.
