Israeli chef Eyah Shani is the mastermind behind HaSalon, and for the Miami location, Shani teamed up with the team behind Carbone and ZZ’s Clam Bar.

The Drexel is from the same team behind Mandolin Aegean Bistro, so you know you’re in expert hands here. You can’t go wrong with any of the wood- and charcoal-grilled fare here, from wild prawns and braised lamb shank to fideua and a whole roasted chicken with salsa verde.
