Backed by Jason Hammel of Lula Cafe, chefs Zeeshan Shah and Yoshi Yamada are unleashing Superkhana International, or what they’re billing radical Indian cuisine, after their popular Bombay Breakdown pop-ups, where grilled cheeses are stuffed with paneer, a pizza oven fires butter chicken calzone fashioned from naan, and the Old Fashioned is made with ghee bourbon.
