Mark Kurlyandchik
Mark Kurlyandchik is the editorial director at Frame, a food incubator that hosts rotating chefs in metro Detroit. He is also the co-director of Coldwater Kitchen, a feature-length documentary about a gourmet culinary school inside a Michigan prison.
